Sustainable CAPE’s CSA+

Do you receive SNAP benefits? As an active SNAP recipient, you are eligible to receive our no-cost monthly bag full of local fruits & veggies delivered directly to your home! To be eligible, participants must have an active Massachusetts SNAP card that has received benefits in the last 60 days and live in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet or Eastham.

This program utilizes your entire monthly HIP allotment and does not impact your SNAP balance. Learn how HIP works and find local vendors. 

The first SNAP clients to sign up and complete registration with our program coordinator will be enrolled until program capacity is reached. Then, additional names will be put on a waitlist so that if we receive additional funding, we can reach out.
