Farmers’ Market Food Access Programs
Sustainable CAPE increases the affordability of local foods through our Bonus Match Program for SNAP, WIC and Senior Discount Coupons, the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP), Project Gratitude for veterans, and Fresh Kids’ Awards for local schoolchildren. Our Farmers’ Market Coalition assists farmers’ markets across the Cape & Islands in implementing, operating, and funding these food access programs. Read more…

Sustainable CAPE increases local food access for Cape Cod residents through our Harvest Highlight, Grow-a-Row for Neighbors, and Truro Community Fridge programs.
