The Sustainable CAPE Farmers’ Market Coalition links Cape Cod Farmers Markets, sharing best practices and expertise as well as offering educational materials. We support markets in getting nutrition incentive programs up and running so all socioeconomic groups benefit from increased access to local food. We make these programs easier for market managers, vendors and customers alike. The coalition also jointly promotes Cape Cod markets offering Fruit & Vegetable Incentive Programs. Read More…
